What is JA BizTown®?
JA BizTown® is a fully immersive simulation where students step into the real world. After weeks of classroom preparation, students take on roles as business leaders, bankers, elected officials, and consumers. They’ll run businesses, make financial decisions, earn paychecks, and even vote for mayor—all in one unforgettable day that brings learning to life.

Why volunteer?
As a volunteer, you’ll mentor a small group of students as they navigate their roles and responsibilities. You’ll help guide decision-making, encourage teamwork, and watch confidence grow in real time. It’s a rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact while experiencing the energy and creativity of students discovering their potential. You also represent your organization and increase brand awareness and make community connections.
