Prairie Creek

The Prairie Creek Intermediate staff wants to extend to you and your family a very warm welcome to our school.  Prairie Creek Intermediate serves approximately 900 5th and 6th grade students.  Each year the Creek staff provides support through the important transition from the five College Community elementary schools into our intermediate school.  When visiting our school you will notice our support of the social and emotional development of each child as they transition from their primary years into early adolescence.  Our staff is committed to meeting the diverse learning needs of our students by providing a challenging and rigorous curriculum that helps each student progress at a developmentally appropriate rate.  We value life-long learning and aim to make your child’s learning experience at Prairie Creek Intermediate engaging and exciting.
