Great Start Conferences August 20th and 21st

We are excited to introduce an innovative way to kick off the school year: Great Start Conferences, which will take the place of our traditional open house event!

Families will receive the following letter in the mail with instructions on how to sign up for a conference. Conference scheduling will begin on August 4th.

We’re excited to introduce our Prairie Great Start Conferences as we prepare for the 2025–2026 school year. These conferences will replace our traditional Open House, providing a more personalized experience for families. Each family will have the opportunity to schedule a 15-minute one-on-one conference with their child’s Homeroom teacher.

Prairie Great Start Conferences will be held on Wednesday, August 20 and Thursday, August 21 from 11:00am to 7:00 pm. This is a great chance to connect with your child’s Homeroom teacher, share insights about your child’s strengths, and discuss your hopes for the upcoming school year.

Our Conference Scheduler will open on Monday, August 4.

Instructions:

  • GO TO: https://www.myschoolsystems.com/prairiepride and select Prairie Creek 
  • LOGIN: Enter the student’s first name and last name and then the student’s password. You will need to log in separately for each child.
  • FOLLOW THE PROMPTS:

Click the button next to the teacher to schedule. Click on the circle next to the time you would like for your conference. If the word “blocked” appears, that time is no longer available. After choosing your time, press “Schedule Time” at the bottom of the page.  You will then see a confirmation of your time scheduled. Please only schedule with the HOMEROOM TEACHER at this time. At Fall conferences, you will be able to see more than one teacher.

  • ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS:

Be sure to replace your child’s email address with your own to receive a reminder of your conference.
