Free and Reduced Price Meal Application Now Available

The Free and Reduced Price Meal Application and fee waiver form are now available for the 2023-2024 school year.  If you feel that your household may qualify for free and reduced price meal benefits, please apply online or by paper form.  Previous school year 2022-2023 free and reduced meal benefits will expire on October 6, 2023.  A new application is required each school year.

Complete one application and waiver per household and include all residents on the form;  adults and children of all ages.

If your household receives a letter from the Food and Nutrition Department dated as of July 1, 2023 or after, which states that your child(ren) has/have qualified by direct certification, you do not need to complete an application form.  If you wish to be considered for a waiver of fees, please complete the 2023-2024 Waiver form included in the letter.  Return the completed form and letter to CCSD Food and Nutrition Department, 401 76th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA  52404. Breakfast: ECC-12th grade $1.95, reduced $0.30
Lunch:  ECC-4th grade $2.95, 5-6th grades $3.05, 7-12th grades $3.20, reduced $0.40
