Creek Chess Club Registration

CHESS CLUB at PRAIRIE CREEK

Starting Monday, October 4, 2021
The Prairie Chess Club at Prairie Creek is open to all 5th and 6th-grade students. We meet after
school on Mondays after school until 4:30 pm. Our first club date is
October 4 and we will continue on Mondays up to Winter Break.

No Fees to Participate – No fees are required to join the Prairie Chess Club. All chess sets,
handouts, instruction, and ChessKid.com accounts are provided through a generous donation
from the Prairie Foundation.

How to Register
There are two ways to register. You may
register online at:www.chessiniowa.org/prairiechessclub (preferred) or you may register by

turning in the following registration form to the Creek main office.
